MARSHALL — Two persons are in custody, charged in the death of Bobby Joe Inzer of Hallsville in 2009. He had been shot to death. Harrison County authorities have arrested Thomas Dean Richardson, Jr. (pictured) and Harley Blake Vaughn. The two 20 year olds were originally detained in the case, but released after claiming self defense. But new evidence has led prosecutors to charge them with murder. Vaughn is being held on a $75,000 bond and Richardson’s bond is $50,000. The two were teenagers at the time of the murder. A hearing scheduled next month will determine if the two will be tried as adults.
