Police Ask for Help Identifying Burglary Suspect

IMAG0587TYLER — TYLER — Tyler Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect. It happened Wednesday morning, February 6, around 3:15. Tyler Police responded to the Speedy Stop Shop, 900 W. Front Street in reference to a Commercial Burglar Alarm. When officers arrived they observed that an unknown suspect had broken out the glass door to gain entry into the business. The suspect stole numerous packs of cigarettes from the display rack from behind the counter.

Smith County Sheriff’s Department reported a similar burglary 30 minutes later at a gas station located at 31 West and Greenbriar Road. The attached photos of the suspect are from the Burglary investigated by Tyler Police Department.
