Boil Water Notice Ends in Overton

OVERTON — Officials have ended a boil water notice in Overton. The notice was issued earlier this week after a city water pipe broke, leaving numerous citizens without water and forcing the early dismissal of local schools. Officials say the water is now safe to drink.
