Fire Damages Sulphur Springs Apartments

SULPHUR SPRINGS – Several persons have been injured in a fire at a Sulphur Springs apartment Complex. The fire was reported Sunday afternoon at the Quail Ridge Apartments. Several persons were treated for smoke inhalation and two firemen were injured extinguishing the flames. Over a dozen apartments were damaged by fire and numerous other ones received smoke and water damage. The American Red Cross said those displaced by the fire were being offered emergency housing Sunday night at a Sulphur Springs church. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
