Man Apparently Shoots Himself Dead with Crossbow

ANGELINA COUNTY — In a strange occurrence, a Diboll man has died after being struck with an arrow Tuesday morning. Angelina County deputies were dispatched to the scene located in the 100 block of Tidwell around 8:30. According to KETK, Sheriff’s officials are currently investigating the death, but could not give a detailed account of what happened at this time. The name of the victim has not been released, pending notification next of kin.
