Rain Causes Power Outages

TYLER — Persistent rain has caused numerous power outages in East Texas. At one point Sunday, it was reported around 2,000 people without power in Smith County. By early this morning, the number had fallen to over 100. Crews worked all day to get all the electricity back on.
