Council Adopts Budget

TYLER — The city of Tyler has passed its 2012-13 budget and tax rate. The tax rate fell by $.0012, to 20.77 cents per $100 valuation. Citizens had one last chance to weigh in on the package Wednesday morning before the council approved it.
