Some Speed Limits Drop in Hallsville

HALLSVILLE — Speed limit changes are implemented in parts of Hallsville. KETK and the Longview News-Journal report the speed limit has dropped from 35 to 25 miles per hour in the Timber Ridge and Rutland subdivisions. The changes are safety precautions for cyclists and pedestrians in those neighborhoods.
