Police Seek Cross-Dressing Robber

KILGORE — Kilgore Police are looking for a man accused of dressing as a woman and robbing a liquor store. It happened around 12:30 Saturday afternoon at Rose Package Store No. 3 on U.S. Highway 259. According to KETK, an employee said a black man, dressed as a woman wearing a black wig, a green knee-length dress and white undershirt, had entered the store brandishing what looked like a revolver. The suspect handcuffed the clerk and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. He was seen driving a white Buick which was found abandoned in a parking lot a short time later.
