LONGVIEW — Longview police say foul play is not suspected in the death of a man whose body was found last week. After several days of investigation, Longview authorities have identified the body as Ken Miguel Owsley, 44. The cause of death has not been released.

According to Longview Police, Owsley’s body was found in a field behind the retaining wall near Buffalo Wild Wings in Longview. According to KETK, a customer leaving the restaurant discovered the body around 1:45 Thursday afternoon. Police say the corpse had been there for at least 24 hours. His body was found lying face up at the base of a 15-foot limestone retaining wall about 60 feet from the intersection of North Eastman Road and Hawkins Parkway, next to the Longview Towne Center. He was dressed in a collared pullover shirt, blue jean shorts and tennis shoes.
