Traffic Slowed by Tree Trimming

TYLER — Traffic heading northbound on Old Bullard Road by the Broadway Square Mall is shut down due to tree trimming. KETK reports you should avoid this area or you will be rerouted to Richmond Road, where traffic is heavily backed up. Officials did not say when the cutting would be done.
