One in Custody for Tyler Stabbing

TYLER – One person is in custody in connection with a Tyler stabbing that left two people injured. Tyler police were called to the emergency room of Mother Frances Hospital in connection with the Friday night stabbing. The victims told officers they had been stabbed during a confrontation in the Wendy’s parking lot at 427 West Front Street. They identified their attacker as Crystal Eiglebiger, 26, of Tyler. After interviewing witnesses, officers arrested Eiglebiger when she showed up in the lobby of the police department. She was booked into the Smith County Jail on two counts of aggravated assault.
