Woman Accused of Giving Kids Alcohol

PALESTINE – An Anderson County woman has been arrested, accused of providing alcohol to minors at a birthday party. She is also accused of attacking a woman who picked up her daughter at the party. Taken into custody was Rosharon Lummus, 38, of Palestine. The incident is said to have occurred at Lummus’ home on County Road 2150, southwest of Palestine. Anderson County Sheriff Greg Taylor said Lummus is being held in the county jail in lieu of bonds totaling $80,000.
