Police Investigate Car Burglaries

TYLER — Tyler police are following up on a couple of car burglaries. The victims reported they were working out at Rose Rudman Park when someone broke into their vehicles by smashing out the back and side windows, taking several items. Police officials tell KETK it’s not the first time they’ve seen break-ins like this at the park. And the victims believe whoever’s responsible for the latest incidents may be responsible for others as well. Police reiterate their usual warning that while your car is unattended, you should make sure all items are hidden to prevent theft.
