Mannequin Burglaries Strike Downtown Kilgore

KILGORE — Authorities report a rash of mannequin burglaries in downtown Kilgore. According to KETK, officials say a mannequin was stolen from the Kilgore Historical Preservation Society office on the 100 block of Kilgore Street. The burglar appears to have smashed the display window with a small 7.5 pound barbell weight. A similar crime took place recently at the Crystal Spur across the street.
