Wood County JP Suffered Fatal Heart Attack

MINEOLA — Wood County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Neil Moseley has died of an apparent heart attack. According to KETK, Mineola Police and emergency crews found Moseley in his vehicle Tuesday night while responding to a call about an unresponsive man at the Capital One Bank. CPR was performed but Moseley was pronounced dead at ETMC-Quitman. He was 61 years old.
