Southern Smith County Mobile Home Fire

SMITH COUNTY — A mobile home fire in Smith County keeps crews busy. It happened on Fox Hollow Drive, just south of Tyler near the intersection of Old Jacksonville and Loop 49. Witnesses tell KETK the fire began just after 5:00 Sunday afternoon on the south side of the house and then quickly spread. No injuries were reported. Firefighters say the tin roof made it harder to fight the flames. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
