Smith County Building Damaged by Fire

TYLER – An abandoned building north of Tyler has been damaged by fire. It was reported at the intersection of U.S. Highway 271 and Laney Road. It was said to have started from a trash fire outside the building. High winds blew debris inside the structure, catching the building on fire.
