Longview Man Sentenced in Muckleroy Murder

LONGVIEW — Brandon Quadnell Horne, 32, has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for the murder of Kelvin Muckleroy, Jr. That’s according to KETK and the Longview News Journal. Horne is the second man to be convicted in the incident. Horne faced between five and 99 years or life in prison after pleading guilty in November to the murder of Muckleroy, 33. Horne and Toronto Lockridge, 36, both of Longview, were convicted of Muckleroy’s murder. The two also set fire to Muckleroy’s home on Chappell Street in Longview after killing him. Lockridge was sentenced to life in prison last month for Muckleroy’s death.
