Burglary Suspect Arrested

EDOM — Van Zandt County authorities have a burglary suspect in custody. It began just before 1:45 Wednesday afternoon when the sheriffs office received a call of a burglary in progress at a residence on Highway 279 outside of Edom. A contingent of law officers converged on the area, resulting in the arrest of one person. Charges are pending in the case.
