Henderson Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Child

HENDERSON — A Henderson man is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. According to KETK, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for 41-year old Juan Manuel Bernal. Bernal was taken into custody and arraigned, with his bond set at $250,000. He remains in the Rusk County Jail. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and more charges could be added.
