40 Pounds of Cocaine Found During Traffic Stop

GREGG COUNTY — A Georgia woman has been arrested on Interstate 20 after troopers found more than 40 pounds of cocaine. According to our news partner, KETK, Department of Public Safety officials arrested Vickie Ann Watts, 38, of Statesboro, Georgia at around 8:45 after stopping her for a traffic violation. Officials said Watts was charged with possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. Bond was set at $300,000. Her passenger, Herman Rainey, 52, of Newark, N.J., was also arrested for possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $500.
