LUFKIN — A former Lufkin Dollar King manager sentenced to two years in state jail for photographing employees in the store bathroom is one week from being released. Nathan Scott Kesler, 35, appeared before state District Judge Gerald Goodwin Friday afternoon hoping to be granted shock probation and released but instead the judge opted to leave him in the Angelina County Jail for another week. Goodwin said he wanted to evaluate what rehabilitation programs may be good for Kesler before releasing him into the hands of an Angelina County probation officer.
