Cole Emberton, Samuel Cantey and Zachary Lampkin, all 17, were arrested about 6 p.m. in the 2400 block of Lafamo Road in connection with a theft at TomCat Oil Lease. When officers arrived, the teens were standing near a Dodge pickup that had about 25 pipe connectors, two casings and two jack stands in the bed, according to arrest reports. TomCat Oil officials confirmed the stolen items belonged to their company and said the teens didn’t have permission to be on the property.
