New Concept Clinic Now Serving South Tyler Area

TYLER – Officials with Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics held a formal open house Wednesday at Trinity Clinic-Broadway Commons, located at 8288 S. Broadway. The clinic incorporates an expanded medical home model and offers family medicine, internal medicine and pediatric care provided by eight physicians and two mid-level providers. Trinity Clinic-Broadway Commons is Trinity Clinic’s 36th location in the region.
“We are excited to be providing this level of care for family members of all ages who live in south Tyler and the surrounding area,” said Steven P. Keuer, MD, President-Trinity Clinic and Chief Medical Officer-TMFHC. “Part of our mission is to take healthcare to the patient whenever possible and the population in southern Smith County has grown significantly over the last several years. I believe that this level of care and a convenient location are a great combination and will be appreciated by those who select Trinity Clinic-Broadway Commons as their medical home.”
