Alcohol Sales Allowed at Henderson Store

HENDERSON – By unanimous vote, the Henderson City Council has approved allowing Brookshire Brothers Grocery Store to sell alcohol. The action came Tuesday night following a discussion of about twenty minutes. Originally the store wasn’t allowed to do so because they are fewer than three hundred feet from Henderson Middle School.
