Van Zandt County Fatality

WILLS POINT – A Van Zandt County Teenager has been killed in a hit and run accident. Dead at the scene was Casey Eggeling, 16, of Wills Point. He was walking south on Farm Road 47 when he was hit. The accident happened around 2:30 Friday morning about eight miles north of Wills Point. Authorities believe they know who was driving the vehicle, but have released no other information.
