East Texas Fugitive in Custody

RUSK COUNTY — United States Marshal services have captured a fugitive wanted in Rusk County for arson. Darrell Chadwick Mills, 32, Hallsville, has an active warrant for violating his probation on an arson charge. In May of last year, Mills pleaded guilty to the offense, a 2nd degree felony, and was placed on probation for a term of 7 years. He had since violated the conditions of his probation sentence.
