Experts Offer New Year’s Fitness Tips

So, according to KETK, gyms around Tyler are packed the first week in January. But some local fitness experts say those numbers dwindle fairly quickly as the month goes on. They say the best way to stick with working out is to not do it alone. People also tend to overestimate what they can do, thus running themselves into the ground. Experts say to set small, attainable goals, and then build on their fitness from there.
