DPS: Queen City woman and man found safe after CLEAR Alert

UPDATE: The woman and man reported as missing out of Queen City on Thursday have been found, according to DPS. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that they were both found safely.
CASS COUNTY, Texas (KETK) — The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a CLEAR alert for a 43-year-old woman missing out of Cass County last seen early Thursday morning.
According to DPS, Latonya Harrist-Heard was last seen at the 20100 block of U.S. Highway 59 N in Queen City at 12:24 a.m.
Harrist-Heard is described as having brown hair, hazel eyes, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. She has tattoos on her abdomen and back, DPS said.
She was last seen with 47-year-old Jason Weaver, who is wanted by DPS.
He is described as having brown hair, blue eyes and being 6-feet-tall and weighing approximately 205 pounds. DPS says Weaver has tattoos on his back, chest and both arms.
Harrist-Heard and Weaver may be traveling in an older model of a silver sedan with damage on the right rear of the vehicle. The make, model and license plate are unknown at this time.
DPS urges anyone with information to call 911 or contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office at 903-756-7511.
