Texas Rangers leave Victory+, move game broadcasts to BZZR platform
Posted/updated on: July 15, 2026 at 4:31 pmARLINGTON (KETK)– While the Texas Rangers are currently on an All-Star break, the organization made a surprising announcement on Wednesday that they will be airing their games on a new platform for the remainder of the season.
The Rangers have been streaming their games through Victory Plus for nearly two seasons now; however, on Wednesday, the organization announced that, moving forward, they will air their games solely on the digital content platform BZZR, according to the MLB.
Rangers fans who have already paid for subscriptions to watch the team on Victroy Plus this year will have their subscriptions transferred to BZZR. The MLB said that Victory Plus customers will receive an email this week providing directions on how to create a BZZR account and authenticate their subscription.
Chairman of Rangers Sports Media and Entertainment Company Neil Leibman released a statement on Wednesday regarding the team’s decision to switch providers and why the organization believes it is the best move for their fans.
“It is unfortunate that this switch in direct-to-consumer distributors was necessary, but the decision was made in the best interest of both the Rangers and our fans,” Leibman said. “RSN is committed to continued delivery of the highest-quality game broadcast possible, and we feel BZZR is well-positioned to manage a seamless.”
The organization also announced during the transition that the Rangers Sports Network, which was established in 2025, will continue to produce and distribute Rangers content, with the only change being that it will be distributed on BZZR.
