Posted/updated on: December 20, 2011 at 4:20 pm

LONGVIEW — The Gregg County Child Welfare Board is still getting donations nearly two weeks after nearly $20,000 worth of gifts meant for area foster children were stolen. The board has in fact gotten more than $40,000 so far. According to KETK, donations are still pouring in, but the group is in need of electronics that were taken. If you’d like to help, contact Nancy Eldridge with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services at 903-233-5228 (office) or 903-918-1837 (cell). You can also use the address [email protected] to contact Eldrige by e-mail.
