Homicide Investigation Underway after Body Discovered

HARRISON COUNTY –Authorities say an investigation is still ongoing after a body is found Friday evening. Harrison County dispatchers received a call on the non-emergency line around 5:40 reporting a possible of a deceased person found in the area of St. James Cemetery. Deputies located the body of a black male at that location with extensive lacerations to the torso. He was identified as Kenneth Dale Dillard, Jr.22, of Marshall.
