LONGVIEW — Longview police release new information as they continue to hunt for a bank robbery suspect. Police now say they’re looking for an older model red or maroon four-door sedan. According to police, the suspect appears to be in his 20s to 30s, 5’6 to 5’8, clean shaven, and no identifiable tattoos.
On December 2, at 10:40 a.m., officers responded to a bank alarm in the 3100 block of H.G. Mosley Parkway. When officers arrived, bank employees told them a white male, possibly in his 30s, walked into the bank wearing blue jeans, a navy or black jacket, a dark ball cap, and small rimmed glasses. The suspect walked up to the teller window and handed the teller a note. He also showed the teller he had a semi-automatic handgun. The teller handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then left the bank in an unknown direction.
If you have any information in reference to this or any other crime, you’re asked to call the Longview Police Department Detectives at 903-237-1110 or report your information anonymously to Gregg County Crimestoppers at 903-236-STOP.
