The school board met at the Winnsboro Memorial Intermediate School Cafeteria on Saturday and unanimously agreed to place Nation on administrative leave. The board also voted to name Dr. Holloway as their newest interim superintendent.
“Recently, you may have heard about allegations regarding Winnsboro ISD that happened last school year,” the school board said on Thursday. “We would like nothing more than to share important details with our community; however, state law prohibits us from discussing anything surrounding the allegations, including the student involved, former employees, or district personnel.”
