Gladewater Man Listed on County’s Wanted List

LONGVIEW — A Gladewater man convicted of improper photography at a Longview retailer is on the run from his two-year state jail sentence. In September 2010, a Gregg County jury sentenced Mark Allen Reed, 31, to the maximum prison term after convicting him of placing a cell phone, operating in video mode, underneath a woman’s skirt at Hastings on Loop 281 in August 2009. Allen appealed the verdict and was released from the Gregg County Jail on $20,000 a year ago. Reed failed to turn himself in to authorities.
