Spring Hill ISD seeking to pass bond this November

SPRING HILL, Texas – Four ballot items highlight Spring Hill ISD’s latest bond proposal for the November election. SHISD has not passed a bond since 2008. The main highlights include bus replacements, Jr. high improvements, and athletic facilities. The bond was announced via district social media, and official bond website.

Proposition A
With the Voter-Approval Tax Ratification Election (VATRE), voters are asked to consider a three-cent tax increase for maintenance and operations, which would generate approximately $304,000 in funding for the school district, including teacher and staff compensation, instructional materials, student support services and extracurricular activities.
