HENDERSON COUNTY – According to our news partner KETK, a Henderson County woman, who was one of five people arrested earlier this year after a drug bust, has been sentenced to 15 years in state prison. According to the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office, Tiffany Nicole Williams was arrested on Feb. 27 after four grams of methamphetamine and a large amount of cash were found in her bedroom. Following this arrest, Williams was charged with the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
Her February arrest came while she was out on bond from an earlier arrest. Williams was previously arrested in November 2024 in connection with a civil complaint.
According to authorities, on Nov.13, 2024, members of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office arrived at home after receiving a complaint that Williams was parked outside of a house. Once deputies arrived on the scene, they observed Williams in the driver’s seat of a car parked outside the home.
After deputies approached Williams, she quickly drove off, leading to a pursuit. Following the pursuit, she eventually came to a stop after driving around the block. According to officials, Williams got out of the car and approached the house. Deputies then discovered two bags containing 7.06 grams of narcotics that she had thrown out of her vehicle.
She was then charged with possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and evading arrest. Earlier this week, the 392nd District Court sentenced Williams to 15 years in prison for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and evading arrest by Judge R. Scott McKee.
