UPDATE: Traffic issue on I-20 near Lindale resolved

LINDALE – According to a report from our news partner KETK, Eastbound lanes on I-20 near Lindale are now open, and traffic is flowing normally.
ORIGINAL STORY: Traffic on Interstate 20 near Lindale is backed up after a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Friday morning, according to a report from our news partner KETK.
The Lindale Police Department said traffic is backed up on I-20 eastbound after a multi-vehicle wreck involving a semi-truck at around 10:30 a.m. Smith County Public Information Officer Larry Christian said the 18-wheeler had been jack-knifed.
As of now, the total number of vehicles and the condition of those affected is unknown.
