HENDERSON COUNTY – A Pennsylvania truck driver was arrested on Thursday after attempting to meet up with a 15-year-old boy during a Henderson County sting operation in February, according to our news partner KETK.
An affidavit from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reveals that on Feb. 2, an officer started an operation using the online dating website and messaging platform, Hornet, to target people looking for sexual relations with minors. The document revealed that the officer created a profile with the persona being a 15-year-old boy living in Henderson County.
“On Feb. 8, at approximately 2:03 p.m., the officer’s profile received a Hornet direct message from an account with the username ‘Bek,’” the affidavit said. “… during the course of chatting with the Hornet profile, the user believed the officer to be a 15-year-old minor living in Tool, Texas as indicated in the chat log.”
The affidavit said that the chat received from “Bek” was sexually explicit, with “Bek” sending pictures and asking for some in return. The officer used the photo and ran it through a facial recognition system, locating the same photo on a Facebook profile that belonged to 30-year-old Bekhzod Rakhimov of Philadelphia, Pa. The officer was able to locate Rakhimov who has a “Pennsylvania Commercial Driver License (CDL) and owns Bek Transportation out of Pennsylvania.”
The affidavit shows that Rakhimov received a ticket on June 5, 2024, through the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), which indicated that he drove a red 2021 Volvo semi-truck. The officer also “observed that the same truck was in South Texas at or around Feb. 8, 2025, and in South and North Texas over the past few months.”
On Feb. 22, investigators learned that the email address Rakhimov used for Hornet was the same email address on the Apple return data of his phone. Rakimov was arrested on Thursday for online solicitation of a minor and is being held at the Henderson County Jail, but his bond has not been set.
