Alert Citizen’s Tip Landed Man in Jail

ATHENS — Henderson County Sheriff deputies have apprehended a man accused of assaulting officers with a large knife Wednesday night while they were attempting to serve an arrest warrant. Fred Billy Wray Jr., 46, was captured at a gas station in Tool after a resident reported seeing him.
