Delek Refining Upgrading Emergency Notification System

TYLER — The Tyler Fire Department was notified today that Delek Refining, located at 425 McMurrey, will be upgrading the emergency notification system at their facility. As part of the upgrade, they will be testing the system periodically throughout the day. Because of this, sirens may be heard in the surrounding neighborhoods.
