Man Critically Hurt Fighting Fire

TYLER — A man has been hospitalized in critical condition after passing out while responding to a fire Sunday afternoon on County Road 332 near Tyler. KETK reports that according to neighbors, the fire was started by an illegal trash burn, and multiple neighbors tried to put the fire out by themselves. The neighbor group included the victim, who passed out from possible exhaustion. There was no immediate word on the victim’s identity or other details on the blaze.
