WASHINGTON, D.C. – A Marine has been jailed after violating a gag order. Marine lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller has been put in the brig after speaking out against the Military’s handling of the recent withdrawal from Afghanistan. Congressman Louie Gohmert of Tyler, who visited the jailed Marine, tells “Fox and Friends Weekend” what he predicts may be next in the process, along with his thoughts on the situation. Gohmert says officials will review Scheller’s being incarcerated. The congressman says he and others hope “they’re going to realize this is not a way to go. You don’t (want to) be meaner than you treat the enemy.” Lt. Col. Scheller has not yet faced formal charges.
