Roberts: COVID-19 numbers encouraging, but caution urged

TYLER — The latest dashboard shows a big drop in new COVID-19 cases in Smith and Gregg Counties. NET Health’s George Roberts says that’s encouraging, but he still has a word of caution. Roberts says area numbers are still in the “substantial” category, with very high volumes of positive cases. He continues urging everyone to be careful — and to get vaccinated as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so.
