Boil water notice in Palestine

PALESTINE — Palestine city officials say there is a boil water notice in effect for Medical Drive businesses and the Southwest Hills subdivision (to include Range Road and Maverick, Sagebrush, Mustang, Longhorn, and Brookhaven Drives). Officials say it’s due to low chlorine residual. We’ll update this story when the water is again deemed safe to drink without boiling.
