Reed Road open; speed limit is 30 mph

TYLER — Reed Road from Kent Drive to Meadors Cemetery Road in Tyler is open following about three weeks of construction. That’s reported in a Monday afternoon news release from the city. The speed limit is 30 miles per hour. The road will be striped in the coming weeks.
