Lake Jacksonville closed due to high water

JACKSONVILLE — Lake Jacksonville has been shut down until further notice due to high water levels from the constant rain over the past several days. According to our news partner KETK, the city made the announcement early Wednesday morning. All activities on the lake are prohibited, including boating, jet skiing, and swimming. The city has also put up barricades at all public boat ramp entrances.
