Michael Steele was chairman of the Republican National Committee from 2009 to 2011 and is currently a contributor to MSNBC.

He joins us here at the Democratic National Convention to have a wide-ranging discussion on party unity and lack thereof, voter turnout and the pluses and minuses of each of the Clinton and Trump campaigns.
