Fiscal responsibility is a big part of the Romney campaign message. So much so that the RNC has placed a large "debt clock" in the convention arena. The clock is keeping track, second-by-second, of the accumulation of debt and says at the moment that this image was made the the U.S. has incurred more than $3 billion in debt since the GOP convention convened on Monday.

The Texas delegation is one of the largest at the convention and one of the hardest to overlook. Every member of the delegation wore the outfit and the hat.
